This is a special request for those of you with older catalogues. I need the product code, and exact name (as it appears in the catalogue) of the retired AGOT Chalk Board/ Bulletin Board set that came out when the blue and white school desk did. I bought one from eBay, but it needs the chalk, eraser, and pointer that came with it, but CS can't even find the old product code in the system. I'm hoping that if I can give them the code, I can at least see if there's any chance for replacement parts. Thanks for any and all help!

Okay, Dee, it was called the <font color="navy">Chalk/Bulletin Board Set</font>, and its code was <font color="navy">GSAB</font>. Hope you can get your parts for it!

Thanks Jeanette! I called CS and unfortunately got a rude rep. Apparently the item isn't even really in the system anymore, so I asked about any kind of chalk as a replacement part. When I called last week, I was told that there was chalk available from Kirsten's school supplies, but the rep I got today wouldn't hardly search for me, and I don't think she even tried to find it in Kirsten's things. If I had more time I'd call back and get a different rep, but it will have to wait until later. Right now I have to run into town and buy cupcakes and balloons for the ceremony my Girl Scouts have planned. Maybe tonight I'll give it another try!

Try Hobby Lobby and/or Walmart. I just saw a "doll-sized" chalk board the other day in the craft section....was thinking about it myself!

Another suggestion: When you call AG, ask specifically for Customer Service. They are a different department than those reps who answer the phone, specially trained to dig a little deeper and go the distance for a customer. Just though I'd point that out in case anyone didn't realize the difference.

Have you tried to email customer service and ask for the replacement item codes? I think someone posted here about doing that. Best of luck!
